This letter comes a little late this month as it has been difficult to concentrate with the huge shifts of energy flooding the earth at this time.

Have you felt the need to constantly be eating, yet not feeling satisfied?
Many people in my circle have been complaining of feeling dizzy, telling me of aches and pains throughout their lower body. Some that suffer from ringing in their ears noticing an increase in volume.
These are all symptoms of the shifting energies. They seem to come in cycles. Next we will be sensing the need to rest and assimilate what has been downloaded into our systems.
Tomorrow 11.11.2009 (11) will be a change in these energies as a new portal opens. I read a channeling from Celia Fenn of starchildglobal, those who don't know of her work, Celia channels Archangel Michael and Mary Magdalene. It is possible to bless the water that you consume with your own energies and intention. Hold both of your hands palms down over the water. I am of the Pleiades, it matters not to whom you speak.

You have found the path of which you were seeking.
Deb "Can you please explain."
You have been seeking, asking, how you may be of service.
We have been with you a long time, as long as you can remember in your present form.
Deb "yes I know I am different I have know that since I was a child."
You have opened to us, we are pleased you have chosen to assist us.
Deb "is there an important message that needs to be spoken?"
The bringing together of many strong minds.

Your thoughts brought us to you. Many were awaiting a reveal of ships at that time. Those who needed to see were shown.
They were shown in a way that they understood, as it will be as the next portal opens.

The energies as this portal opens will be strong. Stay hydrated, eat the foods that you sense are of the highest vibration. Allow the new energies to fill your earthly being. Much will be released. Those who are not aware may feel ill. A flushing will occur. It may trigger more to act upon urges that they do not understand. This is the dark fighting back.

As I slipped into my meditative state I was instantly aware of a merkaba rotating in front of me. This I knew was my signal that I was going journying.

Deb "Maia in the Pleiades?"
G No, your original home.
I was confused by this as I had sensed that I was in fact from the Pleiades. The planet that we arrived at seemed desolate, sharp craggy points are all I can see in every direction. As my eyes adjusted I can see that they are made of ice, large mountains with holes and tunnels surrounded us. I had seen this before! I remembered as a young teen a painting that I had done in school ( I wish that I still had it) as it depicted this very landscape.
Deb "How do we survive in such a cold and desolate place?"
G We are of spirit, we do not have physical form, therefore we can survive everywhere. We
choose to experience the physical by incarnating across the universe. All information gathered
is stored in the crystals you see. We are all things at all times.
Deb "The information is in the ice?"
G Indeed, this is how we spread our information to other areas of the universe. The foundation of
life is within all water.
